Get the Edge Program
Summer and Winter Programs

Jersey United’s "Get the Edge" program is open to all players in the travel and elite environment seeking  to improve their individual game and enhance their overall control of the soccer ball through repetition and situational training of attacking moves, turns, and 1v1 moves.  The program is also designed to improve a player’s physical game with soccer specific speed, agility, and quickness drills.

 

Each aspect of the program follows a strict curriculum designed by the Director of coaching using NSCAA and USSF suggested guidelines and the latest in up to date training methods and techniques.  The program offers players a 10 week program with 2 hours of rigorous training at each session to help each player “Achieve Their Goals”. 


Program Objectives:
1. To improve speed, agility and coordination skills in a fun hardworking environment
2. To improve 1v 1 moves and ball control in technical and tactical drills.
