General Policy Jersey United Soccer, LLC and Jersey United Soccer Club, Inc have a non refundable policy. Once a customer has paid it is deemed that they have accepted the place in that program and releases the right to any type of refund, even partial refund or credit. If a discount code or coupon is eligible for a program but isn’t used at registration it cannot be used retroactively.
Team Training Late Fees: All teams must pay their open invoice within 5 business days of receiving the invoice. Any payment received after that date will be subject to a $10.00 per day late fee. Weather Cancellation: If teams are cancelling a team session due to weather, the team manager or coach must contact Daniel Howard at 1-877-244-2824 ext 704 before 4PM. Any notification after 4PM will result in the team still being invoiced for the session
Camps and Clinics Jersey United’s camps (winter, spring, fall & summer), clinics (short term specific programs) and Get The Edge program does not offer any refunds. Once a participant has paid after registration it is deemed that the participant has accepted all the terms and conditions of the program, camp, Get The Edge or clinic and is ineligible for any type of refund or partial refund or credit. If a participant enters the program, camp, clinic or Get the Edge at a date after the start of the program they may be entitled to a reduced rate as determined by Jersey United management. If a discount code or coupon is eligible for a program, camp, Get The Edge or clinic but isn’t used at registration it cannot be used retroactively.
