The Jersey United 92-93 Girls have put together an impressive season suffering only one loss at the hands of Perugia Grifos. "After working with the girls now for a number of years I am very happy for them as a group. We have often worked hard without gaining the recognition they deserve as individuals or as a team. Finally, we’ll have the opportunity to compete for a National Championship in November and we’ll be prepare.. It has not been easy as we have competed in so many other events and showcases to still be winning at this late stage of the season has been a great achievement," said Head Coach Dennis Jackson.
After 4 consecutive wins, the most recent against Ocean City this past weekend clinched a place for the Spartans 94-95 Boys. "I am extremely delighted and proud of the U15 team. This has really been a squad effort, utilizing all 26 players in the team over the course of a tough summer season. The work rate and desire to get a berth to nationals was extremely commendable and I’m so glad that the players got what they deserved. The players were magnificent all summer and it was very easy to be their coach. I would like to thank them for the season and we look forward to attending the prestigious national finals," said Head Coach Martin Brown.
